- Advised Lloyds Banking Group on their £1.9 billion (equity) / £7.5 billion (receivables) acquisition of MBNA UK from Bank of America (June 2017)
- Advised Khosla Ventures, a Silicon Valley Private Equity investor, on their acquisition of Swift Financial, a small business lending Fin-Tech company, April 2015. Swift Financial was subsequently sold by Khosla to Paypal in August 2017
